Membership is by application only, and access is granted upon approval. Members must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. Aurora's services are intended strictly for personal use, and accounts cannot be created on behalf of organizations or other individuals.

Aurora enables members to connect their personal data sources, including digital tools for scheduling, health tracking, entertainment, and social preferences. These integrations enhance the personalized experience but are always optional. Aurora does not publicly disclose or list the specific third-party services it connects with to protect competitive information. Members apply through the Aurora website. Upon approval, they receive a unique login key granting access to the Aurora mobile application. Applications are assessed based on proprietary selection criteria to ensure a high-caliber membership community.
2.2 Membership Fees & Payment
Aurora charges an initiation and annual membership fee. Payments are processed in USD only. Memberships may auto-renew, and all transactions are final. However, credits may be granted in particular scenarios, held on a member’s account and used towards future purchases of services or products within the Aurora platform. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in account suspension until any payment is settled.
2.3 Delegates
Members may authorize delegates, granting them access to facilitate bookings and transaction records through digital communications. Delegates must adhere to the same confidentiality and security protocols as the primary member.

3.2 Transactions & Refunds
All purchases are final. Third-party terms and conditions apply to all bookings and transactions facilitated by Aurora. In cases where vendors offer store credits or exchanges, Aurora will assist members in navigating their options but is not responsible for guaranteeing refunds.

Aurora may receive commissions from suppliers of the goods and services promoted and facilitated through the platform. These commissions may be factored into the pricing of experiences, travel, and luxury goods. This structure allows Aurora to continuously enhance service offerings while maintaining a seamless and personalized member experience.
4.1 Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Aurora operates under the legal jurisdiction of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved within Delaware’s court system. Members agree that all legal claims or disputes must be settled in accordance with Delaware law, and no other jurisdiction shall apply.

All member interactions may be managed by human agents or AI-enabled features. AI-driven communications are designed to enhance efficiency while maintaining a personal touch. Aurora ensures that AI-generated responses adhere to company guidelines and align with the quality expectations set for human interactions.

Requests for termination will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and members will retain access until the end of their current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Aurora reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. The most current version will be available on our Website and App. We will notify you of any material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Upon receiving such notification, you may request the termination of your membership before the changes take effect and receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period of your annual Subscription Term. By continuing to use the Services after these revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
