Personal Information: We collect your email address and, when you provide it, your mobile phone number. This may occur when you apply for membership, opt in to SMS or RCS messages, sign up for newsletters, leave comments, or participate in any interactive features of our Site.

SMS Opt-In Data: If you opt in to receive messages, we also collect your SMS consent and the time of that consent so we can send account and service messages and honor opt-out requests.

• Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Mobile Messaging

Aurora collects your mobile phone number when you provide it during sign-up, when you book an onboarding call, or when you give it to your lifestyle manager. We use it to send account and service messages by SMS and RCS: welcome messages, an introduction to your lifestyle manager, onboarding call confirmations and reminders, updates on requests you make in the app, and occasional account or inactivity notices. Message frequency varies and averages fewer than 10 messages per month.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS and RCS consent data. Where we share information with service providers who help us deliver these messages, that sharing is limited to what is needed to send them, and those providers are contractually barred from using it for their own marketing.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Aurora may send you account and service messages by SMS and RCS. These may include application updates, access keys, and membership communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your number with service providers (such as our messaging platform) solely to deliver those messages and operate the program.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.
